I got today a mail from Google about the topic subject. That worries me because I'm using the pop3 external account downloads from Gmail via hmailserver.
So there will be no update to extend hmailserver to support an authentication method that Gmail will accept?

Re: RFC 3501 COPY command issue
I searched in the code: http://hmailserver.com:60951/svn/hms/trunk/source/Server/IMAP/IMAPCommandCopy.cpp // We should check if the folder exists. If not, notify user with trycreate shared_ptr<IMAPFolder> pFolder = pConnection->GetFolderByFullPath(sFolderName); if (!pFolder) { // Nope, doesn't exist...

RFC 3501 COPY command issue
Hi, I'm using the Horde Webmail 5.0.2 version to connect to the hmailserver. Horde fails every month when it tries to copy all my mails from the INBOX.Sent folder to a new folder for example INBOX.Sent-jan-2013. It fails at the creation of this new folder. I was in contact with one of the devs of ho...

Re: SEARCH CHARSET US-ASCII ALL UNDELETED Subject ...
I did follow your conversation. So if I'm correct, there will not be a solution for this problem before version 5.1? I've transferred the mail rules from the squirrelmail platform to the hmailserver. Will do the same on my other testserver which has still the 1500 mails to see if this changes anythi...

Re: SEARCH CHARSET US-ASCII ALL UNDELETED Subject ...
So, like already said, with no filtering actif, squirrelmail was able to read my inbox of 1500 mails. I deleted my mails to have a 200 mails left and then again I activated the sort. Now I did not receive an error. It works like before. Because I wanted to use this system for all the mailaccounts (y...

Re: SEARCH CHARSET US-ASCII ALL UNDELETED Subject ...
Your remark about entering the word "jombackup" did ring a bell :-) I did use this word in a squirrelmail rule! So I deleted the squirrelmail rules directly in the user prefs table of the squirrelmail database and bingo, squirrelmail did do a login. I saw that the inbox did contain 1500 mails... In ...

did program in php several years ago, so not impossible, but will take long to do :-( (don't have the php dev environment anymore, the knowledge about the used syntax is gone, ...) delete manually mails
Data directory synchronizer program. If I did understand correctly the working of this program, it works only in one way --> it scans the data directory and if it finds a email not mentioned in the hm_message table, it adds it to the table. Is there existing a tool who does the opposite? It scans th...
