There are some good instructions, including the redirect.php change at:

There are some SMTP Redirection Services available that will work round the blocked ports... not ideal but it will get you up and running again.

If you are using IIS, did you edit the redirect.php in the SM src directory?

Hi, I've seen this error when using Squirrelmail and sending and attachment. Seems like it only occurs when there is no room left in the mailbox to save the message in the Sent folder.
