No they are not being marked for deletion
As soo as they are sent they set in the in box for about two seconds then they are gone
All of his sent mails are there
Will double check with him though as I run Trojan horse and antivirus checks

I must add that I can send out a email to another list that is on the same server that the above list is on just fine. Settings in hmail are the same for both lists
