The easiest way I've found to purge a mailbox in this version of hMailServer is to delete the mailbox and recreate it. When the mailbox account is deleted, the messages sent to that account are also deleted.

Have you tried resetting the password in hMs Administrator?

Don't most POP-3 E-mail clients have an option to keep messages on the server or NOT delete messages from the server? I know that Thunderbird and Netscape Mail have it.
