Re: Help with strange spam
These headers: "X-Assp-Whitelisted: Yes (xxxx@xxxx.xxx on whitelistdb) "X-Assp-Passing: xxxx@xxxx.xxx on whitelistdb" show that the sender addresses is whitelisted at your server for whatever reason. Best regards, Nico Hmm that is strange. The address is definately NOT whitelisted, so maybe it is s...

Re: Help with strange spam
Hey Leon, Thanks for the files, I checked them out. Looks to me the headers have to be there (they show up in correct spots in Outlook as in to/from/subject) but the email is done in such a way to trick Outlook into showing them wrong when viewing headers. Tis why we really need to see the raw EML ...

Re: Help with strange spam
So ASSP is on the same server that hMailserver is installed on? Looks like those messages are getting through ASSP with a zero SPAM score. What other AntiSPAM measures do you take within hMailserver? Yes ASSP and Hmail are on the same server. All of the antispam within hmail is turned off (should i...

Hey everyone, I am having some issues with my server which started a couple days ago. I have had hmail and assp running smooth for the last 8months or so. Ok, so i have worked out that it seems to be with IIS SMTP not allowing relaying to any external email addresses... it seems its actually trying to use IIS SMTP to send the emails rather than pass it through to hmailserver. WHY THE HELL DOES ANTISPAM HAVE TO BE SO HARD TO IMPLEMENT!!! god damn it :(

Hey everyone,
I recently upgraded and enabled the above 2 to get rid of spam (working great btw )
Just wondering how safe it is to have these on? are they likely to get my real emails and delete them at all?
