Your ISP need to delist your IP address space with spamhaus.

If they block you, you will get that undeliverable message like you posted above, that should say why it was blocked.

Just a note regarding smp.
I am currently running 5.4.1950 on a quad, quad core xeon 2.4Ghz, supermicro motherboard.
So that is 4 processors and 16 cores.
I have not run into any issues.
The os is W2k3 enterprise.
And like Bill mentions, I would upgrade to 1950 anyway.

You may want to go to http://www.mxtoolbox.com , put in your mail servers IP address, then check it for blacklists. If your mailer/form does not support smtp authentication, setup a new IP range for the IP address of the webserver, with a higher priority than the Internet IP range.
