Using the included PHP web Admin will allow this

Each account holder on your hmailserver can access their own account, and set up external accounts connecting back to their other server

This would be fairly complex for these users to do though...

It is NOT sending to unknown recipients

The recipient gmail@com was passed twice in lines 108264 and 108686, each time as the only recipient.

Mail cannot be delivered to this address as it doesn't exist, but hMailserver keeps trying to send, and fails

Sorry, I misread the catchall as the default domain...

Autoban won't stop spammers when they get the password correct.

FWIW in the logs you show, your antivurus removed attachments from the message, so while you were sending spam, you weren't sending dangerous spam, if that's any consolation

Change the password on that account immediately

You also have a default domain.
Unless you know that there is a specific reason that you have that set, turn it off by removing the domain name (Settings >> Advanced)

Easiest to use another database

Use MySQL or PostGreSQL rather than MS SQL Server.
This TLS1.0 issue that mention is ONLY for MS SQL Server
