In hMailServer terms. You need a 64-Bit hMailServer Version.
hmailserver 5.7 is in ALPHA testing at present, and it has a 64 bit build

However I'd also expect that using a database other than MS SQL would also work for you. (No ADO use)

You could even have the routine create date-stamped archive folders so you know that what appears in it was only emails thayt were deleted THAT day. This way, in your problem above, you would have had your deleted emails from that day in a folder by itself.

It could be, but could also be
hmailserver/hmailserver/source/Server/Common/Application/Scheduler.cpp line 42

Perhaps change it to

boost::this_thread::sleep_for(boost::chrono::seconds(10));

and then compile, and see what happens.

Add one line between these two

obList.Address = strListAddress
obList.Save()

The line to add should be something like
obList.RequireSenderAddress = "sender@example.com"

This would make a single sender for ALL domains.
But then my question is why not use the 'server sendout' utility?

Re: rejecting smtp connection upon not submitting the required client domain in the HELO

You have to install RvhD's special builds to get OnHelo

This is not in the standard 5.6.7 version

Many of us use a .ini setting to restrict AUTH access on port 25, thereby only allowing SMTP AUTH on ports that we set (typically 587 and 465, but could be any port you like)

Would that help you?

Why do you want to do this?
