I do not specify any Ciphers explicitly. So, any Ciphers are whatever hMailServer uses as default. On hMailAdmin> SSL/TLS the Ciphers entry is empty. The fallback to unencrypted SMTP Protocol when this happens is in the same session from what I have seen in the past. Do you have multiple NICs on that computer?
Is one directly connected to the internet?

If not you should remove the Bind to local address in SMTP >> advanced (leave that blank)

Domain members would absolutely make this useful

Especially if members of the group were auto-populated, or we could use *@example.com (or perhaps 'all@example.com') to send to all addresses in that domain.

What version of hMailserver

What mail clients are in use?

Also there are two specific messages listed lots in that log file
Have you checked to see if they exist and can be opened directly from teh file system

It may be that these two are virus laden, and your antivirus won't let them be opened
