Re: My emails being rejected (need some help)

Here is an email sent right from the ISP server and was not a relay from my domain/server. Re: My emails being rejected (need some help)

Yes, I'm beginning to wonder if the static ip will even help since it will likely be listed at dynamic since it would be in that pool.

Re: My emails being rejected (need some help)

I'll check into that.

Do you know if the line "Received: from unknown..." is an issue or is that normal?

My emails being rejected (need some help)

EDIT the rejections are not on a large scale but far more than I can live with. /EDIT Hi, I've done some digging here and google and I'm just not getting what the problem is for sure. I was thinking that it might be the line "Received: from unknown..." My ISP knows I'm running a server from home and...

Re: Another hMailServer Download Site?

Well, I WAS thinking about moving off HM to mailEnable but after seeing how many people left ME to HM and the problems listed in their forums I'm not sure I want to. I really wanted a nice webmail client and list server but the issues they have maybe not. .... so if you end up with banners I might b...

As the title says. The DNS blacklists I have setup are sending rejection emails and I don't want it to. Any way to stop it from doing that?

Thanks

Re: Distribution list enhancement

Is there a way to have the subscribe/unsubscribe emails be sent to anyone that subscribes rather than just those that come from the domains being hosted by the local hmail server?

Thanks

Re: Distribution list enhancement

That is better. I have a question about the use as it isn't working the way I expected yet. when I send a mail to list@example.com (not my real domain of course) with subject of help I should get back an email explaining how to use the list right? if I send an email to the same address with subject ...

Re: Distribution list enhancement

Yep. The line 47 is the last line of the OnAcceptMessage method. Based on the msg I would expect that for some reason the value of oMessage.HeaderValue("oclient") to be = "". I placed... write_log ("oClient " & oMessage.HeaderValue("oclient")) ...in the second to last line of the OnAcceptMessage the...

Re: hMailServer 5.0, build 326 (Beta)

This is cool. After 9 months of paying a web hosting service I'm thinking about moving my domain back home. It's nice to see some great new features in 5.0. I sent a small donation last time I used this. I can't find the link for it. I'll make another donation if I end up using it again.

Thanks!

I ran into the same problem. Restarting the hmail service fixes it. MSSQLSERVER is listed as a dependency for hmailserver. This is the first time I had the problem with it doing this.

Rebooted and it worked that time no problem.

Thanks
