sounds like the same issue I am having as well. If you see the thread above it has several options to address it. SPF was blocking too much legit mail so I went with the scripting option. Seems to be working so far.

Your welcome. I love this gadget... Depending on how many sites you are monitoring, you may have to scroll. I am monitoring 11 and I have it sized so it just fits. You can adjust the height in the XML file if you have more sites and don't want to scroll.

YES!

(for two years now we have been hosting email for several hundred domains with thousands of mail boxes and just about never have a problem. When we do it is almost never hmail - it is usually spamAssassin or clamWin.)

Are you planning on running Squirrelmail on IIS? I always had problems with PHP on IIS. Personally, I run Squirrelmail on apache for my webmail and it works great. I am running Win 2003 Server and hMailServer with no problems. I highly recommend it!

have you tried sending emails to more than one domain? Does this happen no matter what domain you send emails to?

I know you checked your domains DNS but I don't think the issue is domains on your server but in fact that you are trying to send email to a domain that does not have an MX record.
