550 SMTP error on block_send_email.php
I've seen a coupla' posts talking about "550 Delivery is not allowed to this address" errors. I'm getting an error when emailing from Wordpress, so yes it's going through PHP mail. Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 550 Delivery is not allowed to this address. in E:\Inetpub\wwwro...

can you telnet to mail.hmailserver.com from the hmail machine? Yes. Is windows firewall on? There's no Windows Firewall per se on Server 2003, but no, Basic Firewall isn't turned on. Have you any AV running? Clamwin, but when I turned it off I still couldn't telnet into 64.142.72.77 on port 25 (whi...

Don't hate me because I have a Port 25 problem...
"Don't hate me because I have a Port 25 problem." -- Kelly LeBrock, after Hard to Kill and before Celebrity Fit Club Naw, folks, I'm having a port 25 problem. I can't telnet into my IIS6 Win2003 server on port 25 (or any port that I've found.) The ISP does not have port 25 blocked, and port 25 is no...

FYI Martin, Ricardo's spammed my server looking for someone to help with this problem. Meaning, he's been sending multiple emails to multiple made-up addresses, knowing they'd forward to me, with a link to this page on this site. He's probably done the same to many of your customers. My vote, that y...

By loop I meant the conversation we had a minute ago.
But yes, that worked. So my problem was that I had the alias in there instead of the account name. I apologize, I had asked that earlier but apparently not clearly enough.
Thanks again for your help.

That is exactly it. There's no If on If Recipient List, there's just the series of dropdown menus and form fields, which say "Recipient List" then "contains" then "xxxxx@dmrevolution.com" then "Forward email" then "to xxxxxxxxx@messaging.sprintpcs.com". "Active" is checked. Again, I got that loop ea...

The reason I have the aliases is because we want the people to have the same login info on the email system as they do anywhere else in the site. So on our homepage, if a customer or distributor wants to login and record a video to be streamed on his webpage, he's gotta type in some AM1234567 accoun...

Thank you so much. Yes, I am getting a bunch of external-to-external requests. From the way it looked on another topic, it looked like for me to be able to assign aliases, and have people be able to set their address as alias@dmrevolution.com, I had to enable external to external. Is that true? Ever...

Maybe a Save and New button, or a Save and New keyboard shortcut, with no button? Or can we then have an easier command, perhaps with a keyboard shortcut, for Add Alias? Really Simple Request: Set the save button to tab
While there is a mass creation utility for email accounts (textfilemigrate), there is not one for aliases yet. So right now, I am setting up 300 aliases by hand. We'll have it all automated with the COM stuff later. So I have a tiny GUI usability request, that will speed this up for future people wh...

Forward and leave a copy on server
A guy at my office wants a copy of each mail received to his address forwarded to his cell phone, leaving a copy on the server, so he can POP it to Outlook when he gets back into the office. I'd assume the normal way to do this is through Sprint, telling its service or his phone to POP the mail and ...
