If you want hMail blocking IP only, you can edit the IP ranges in hMail

I am not sure if it's hard to generate an email whenever hMail blocks an IP due to any reason?

I guess it's doable? I am thinking about the limitation per hosting user too, meanwhile each user can have several hosted domains, but I guess it's something related to the control panel.

Yes, I have 2 running hMail servers: one is working with Helm control panel, and one is working with WebsitePanel control panel. I am merging customers from Helm to WSP, and will need to move email accounts too.

I have enabled auto-ban feature. Now, is there anyway that system sends out a message to our tech to inform: there is an IP blocked. It would be great, I think, so our tech can keep track immediately, don't need to wait until customer raises ticket to ask why they cannot access email.

I just re-config for hMail to delete "virus" incoming messages. How about the current messages on server? I tried to use ClamWin with option "Remove" but it did not remove the infected messages.

I am using clamwin (updated to the latest version/db) to scan hMail data folder. It found many infected messages, but could not delete, even I have chosen remove option in Clamwin.

Is there any idea how to clean them?

I restarted hMail both from Services and hMail admin GUI. And it seems winrar gave me trouble. I manually copy one domain from old server to new server, and see all the messages appear in webmail without any trouble

Cause the data folder is very large, I use Winrar to compress it, move to new server, and decompress to hMail folder. Is there trouble when using Winrar?

In old server, I did
- move Data folder to new server
- export hMail database to .sql file, using SQLylog

In new server, I do
- import hMail database

I can login on new server, but in webmail, no old messages appears, even it shows the Disk usage of that account.

How can I fix it?

If I limit by domain, saying each domain limited at 200MB. And one domain, for example domain abc.com, has exceeded. Is there any message from system returned to users, saying their mailboxes are exceeded?

I havent limited it before, and many customers leave messages on server. That leads to big Data folder. Now I want to limit them.

Is there any way to apply for all email accounts? Let's say limit at 50MB/account?

How can I filter outgoing messages? Let's say there is an account on my server trying to send messages at xxxxx@yahoo.com. I want to block any message sent from my server to that email address.

my clamd today is going crazy. it takes up to 50% CPU. Shut it down, restart clamwin, and after few minutes, it's going up again. There is no queue mails in Data folder.

I have upgraded to version 4.2.1-b197 on both servers before moving. These messages were shown fine in the old server.

when moving database to new server, I am using mySQL-Front to export database from old server, then import on new server. It's working fine, except all messages in unicode cannot read anymore.

I have noticed that one of domains on server receiving many spam. So, my questions are
- how can I prevent spam?
