Result Values

Post by bazporter » 2006-07-09 16:25

Hi, can anbody confirm what each result values does please as I can't find any definitive documentation on what they do?

I believe they are:
0 = Accept message
1 = Delete message, no rejection message
2 = Delete message, send rejection message

I want to be able to delete messages easily without generating a rejection in OnAcceptMessage.

There will always be a rejection message if you reject the message in OnAcceptMessage-event. If you want to delete a message without any notification to the client, you need to use the OnDeliverMessage-event.

Now why couldn't I find that when I was looking. :oops:

Thanks Martin.

Is there an oMessage.Delete function that can be used in OnDeliverMessage to delete the message, as I really don't want to wait for the AV checks to finish before the rules can delete the message?

Or do the result values have a different function in OnDeliverMessage?
