Rules error

In the attempt to stop spam I am getting the below error message. Yes I do have a significat amount of rules that say if from contains "payday"
then delete it. I have perhaps 15 rules with multiple names in the rule, may this be doing it?

As per the message it is happening because a message is looping through a set of rules after being forwarded by a rule.

If max loop count is 1 and you have forwarded this message to another user. then this message will always come up.
