You don't provide enough information.

You don't state what the circumstances were which caused this error.

Error code 544 assuming it is a bounce back message could be for any number of reasons. You might need to show your Log Entries but right now there is nothing to go on to determine what might remedy the problem. Your Log Entries might provide the information as to what hMailServer considered a problem which will then let you determine what is necessary to fix the problem. But right now there isn't enough to go on at least from my perspective.

But what I initially looked up, it could be hMailServer determined something was wrong with the From and/or To Headers of your email message but what that could be can't be determined without additional information.

thank you so this info can provide more analysis for you.
Please help. :)
Still not much to go on.
1. You must not have given all the relevant Log Entries or you've got problems with your process in sending email messages to your Sending Email Server.
a. You don't show the connections.
b. No Log Entry for connections means we don't know what Port you connected on.
c. We don't know if a connection was successful and then lost or if the connection couldn't even be made.
2. I see IP Addresses I can't quite identify how they fit into the picture of your email transmission.
3. I get that you are sending email to an email server on IP Address 202.152**** which is presumably the destination Email Server.
4. Multiple Email IDs are being sent from IP Address 202.77****. How your email messages get to this Email Server is not evident if at all.
5. Then what appears to be unrelated Log Entries associated to IP Address 192.236.199.99.
6. Then the Receiving Email Server IP Address 202.152.**** sends a 554 Transaction failed to your sending Email Server.
7. If you look at all the entries there really isn't enough information for me at any rate to determine how this transaction was done.
8. All I see of the transaction outside of the Log Entries is basically what looks like a Telnet Response which shows me also nothing about how you got the email messages to the Email Servers involved. You also
don't show me what you did to generate this Telnet Response. Again all I see is a Response not what generated the Response in the first place.
9. Out of all the Log Entries the only Entries which seem to be related to the Response you got back were two Log Entries from IP Address 202.152**** with no indication of how any of all the other Log Entries
related to IP Address 202.152****. None of the Log Entries reflect how any of your sent email got from your Email Server to the Recipient's Email Server which is presumably IP Address 202.152.****.
10 From the way you worded your problem you don't even indicate really how your email messages got to your Sending Email Server and then to the Recipient's Email Server IP Address 202.152.****.
11. Your statement your Email Server can send anywhere is also vague. What do you mean by anywhere? Other Email Servers than the Recipient's Email Server 202.152.**** or do you mean other Domains on
the Recipient's Email Server 202.152;****.
12. You probably need to define what you are doing more completely and what you do to create this problem in the first place, at least, from my perspective.

Perhaps the other more knowledgeable people on this forum can decipher these log entries better than me but to me this is not enough information.
