Post by bfsistemi » 2017-11-16 11:21

Hi everybody

I use Hmailserve without problems with thunderbird

But I have an application that use hmailserver as smtp server for sent some mails
I would like each mail sent by the application to be copied to a folder named "OutAppFolder" in the account used for the application.
It's possible?
I try with the account roules "delivery attemps" equal 1 move to imap folder "OutAppFolder" but dont works

Any solution?

Thanx
Fabio

Account rules are only for incoming messages

You will need to catch this with a global rule

What I would do

global rule
If
FROM contains "outbound@example.com"
AND
Recipient list NOT contains "copy_of_sent_mail@example.com"
THEN
Forward email to "copy_of_sent_mail@example.com"

This will put all outgoing mail from that account into this new email address "copy_of_sent_mail@example.com"
Just 'cause I link to a page and say little else doesn't mean I am not being nice.
