A record and mx record are correct.

but when I type "telnet mail.mkdhost.info 25" everything is black...
so, something responds to telnet... but what is it?

logikmkd, inside your lan if you telnet on port 25 (from another computer in lan to mailserver) works correctly?

telnet : The term 'telnet' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check
the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1
+ telnet 92.53.31.22 25
+ ~~~~~~
+ CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (telnet:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException

plz try it with cmd.exe, not powershell.
telnet is an "old fashion" command line tool. :)
Or use 64-bit powershell, telnet seems only be unknown by powershell x86.

Sorry, I didn't realize that you are using Windows Server 2012.
In W2k8R2 you have to install the telnet client using the server manager ->features.
Don't know server 2012, may have changed.
