Sometimes we can't receive emails via our email client (Outlook / Microsoft Live) and then when we log onto our Hmailserver, suddenly our emails work again (just by logging onto hmailserver)... Why is this? Has anyone else experienced this before?

Today we had to actually stop and then start the Hmail services to get the emails to work.
This has been an intermittent problem that I can't understand what causes it?

If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it!!

What version of hMailserver?
Is there any hMailserver error logs?

The version is 5.2 b356.
Well I'm not sure where to check for error logs but if I go Hmailserver Administrator and click on "logging" under the STATUS option, there's nothing there.
I do however see a configuration warning under STATUS:
ID: W003
SEVERITY: Critical
hMailServer is configured to allow deliveries from external to external accounts in the IP range My computer. This may make the server vulnerable to spam. It is recommended that you disable this option.

logging directory is set in your hMailserver.ini
Error logging is always on

Typically the logs are at C:\Program Files\hMailserver\Logs\

ALSO, you need to fix the critical warning that you have.
Unless you have a VERY good reason to allow External to external you shouldn't do it.

In the IP ranges page there is a 'default' button. Please click it
