filter to delete mail not in English/French...

Is there a solution to delete all mails received in Turkish, Chinease and others non-european alphabet ? They are always spams....

You could check for specific charsets in the header and delete with a rule using custom header field.

yes because I also discover that charset header is not often present in mail's header ! sometimes this is in the mail's body:
