That's really a server feature.

The tickbox in admin that allows hmail to send mail to hotmail?
I can't find it. where it is exactly?
I am using apache2 on windows XP and using hmailserver version 4.4-B270
I can't make it works even after I follow all the recommendation in documentation.

My apologies jyoung you seemed to miss the humor in my last post.
Hotmail is notorious for not receiving email. Are you running hmail from your home connection? Are any errors in the error log shown?
Have you enabled SMTP logging, sent an email and checked what happened?

hMailserver has no other than free version. So you have full functionality.
There are a lot of hotmail issues around (hotmail fault's usually), specially from a home DSL connection (it is even worse if you have dinamic IP). Please have a look at a message with something like "hotmail blues".
I personally have no problem at all with hotmail, running besides an static IP DSL, but there are many that have had.
My perfect combination:
hMailServer 5.6.1 (B2208), ASSP 1.3.3.8 (antispam), Clamav 0.98.6 (antivirus)

Do you think I should put my computer name in DNS?
So hotmail will accept my email?

won't matter if your IP range is classed as residential (IE its a home account)
