cannot send emails, port 25 opened diagnostics green

Hi,
it's been a few months that i try to setup the server with no luck,
i am able to receive email but when i try to create an outlook account
it stops on the smtp server telling me that is not able to find it.
The port 25 is opened. my IP is : 151.1.158.102
my domain is formez-consulting.com

here is a print of the diagnostics :

is outlook on the same pc or the same network as hmail?

Are they on the same local network or are you accessing over the internet?

Pardon,
i am accessing the server from another machine remotely
one is in italy the other in ireland,
on the machine where the server is deploied
the IP is static.

the server is in italy and outlook client on my machine in ireland
but what's the point?

Well the point was depending on if it was internal lan or external would change what i next tell you to do.

Open telnet and telnet into your mailserver on port 25. Make sure you can get a connection to your server. It should say something like 220 mail.yourdomain.com ESMTP

Already done and yes i can get a connection.
