Spamassassin Whitelisting

I have a large HAM and SPAM group of emails that I have gone through and made sure they are correct. My question is to see if there is a way to capture the email addresses to a whitelist for ham and a blacklist for spam so that if the address is in the list there would not be any need for spamassassin to check the email, just pass it as approved with a -10 HAM or pass it with a high score like +10 as SPAM. Just asking since I have already approved or disapproved the senders email addresses by sorting them in folders. Thanks

Please tell me how to tell spamassassin to within one mail server not tagged internal e-mail addresses as spam? You can specify the list of addresses that will not be flagged as spam? Where is the configuration file for spamassassin is prescribed?
