There is no webmail interface built in to hmailserver. You will need a web server with php and a database. The are several php webmail clients that are popular and mature, like roundcube, horde, etc.

Well, we have now confirmed the mx points to the same IP as the webserver and its being hosted on a residential connection. However, smtp is still unable to connect. This is a very good idea. I know from my own mailbox (not in a corporate environment) many attachments are forwarded several times. I would guess my own mailbox could be reduced by at least 25%. I can totally see how in a corporate environment it could be reduced by 90%.

I can give the all-clear . The problem with DKIM was found. :D It was a matter of some name servers inserting spaces in the key in the TXT record. SpamAssessin seems to take these out before testing, but hMailServer does not. That's why there was a difference in SPAM rating. Now everything is fine....
