As regards your statement you use AT&T (ATT) and AT&T forces you to run your email through their SMTP mail server with Port 25 blocked such that you cannot connect server to server through port 25 with hMailServer. I too use AT&T as my ISP and I use hMailServer with port 25 used for my outbound SMTP...

Soren R. & Doom: Score 1/2 point to Soren R on tracking down problem. I found out how to change the HELO message to my Host name. I no longer get the '550 5.1.0 <Jim@Biedove.Com> sender rejected' message and I now get the HELO message referring to my hMailServer by my Host Name not the localhost nam...

Re: hMailServer does not send Outlook Calendar invitations

Soren R. I believe I understand your point about the HELO message needing to identify my IP Address. I thought I had already attempted to do what you suggested but maybe I wasn't successful in setting up what you indicated. 1. First, I have an A-Record called host.biedove.com which points to my IP A...

Apparently my IP Address is tied into my MAC address of the modem. So if I've interpreted there statements correctly my IP Address will be stable as...

Re: hMailServer does not send Outlook Calendar invitations

If I understand your instructions correctly that defeats the manner in which I want to process my email. As you saw my Mx0 record points to my Go Daddy POP email server which is where I want to do all the receiving of email directed to my Biedove.Com Domain. However, I want to do all my SMTP email s...
