As regards your statement you use AT&T (ATT) and AT&T forces you to run your email through their SMTP mail server with Port 25 blocked such that you cannot connect server to server through port 25 with hMailServer. I too use AT&T as my ISP and I use hMailServer with port 25 used for my outbound SMTP...
