Sounds to me like someone has guessed your username and password. Yep. Also the log you list is you sending the mail out, and being rejected for having no MX record matching the domain in the FROM address. Exchange does have this facility in server 2003, but not server 2008. In server 2008 this is achieved with Microsoft Sharepoint services.

I use Microsoft Sharepoint Services with hMailserver.
