I am not sure but I think the problem is with the special characters. Try to write them in decimal format e.g. å for å

visit this page for a reference of special characters and the decimal equivalent http://biega.com/special-char.html

P.S. Tell us if this works for you :-)

This issue has been discussed before ... by me ... twice! :-) The solution you are looking for is this (quick explanation) Use either hMailPull (free), exchangepop.pl (free), or POPcon (79€) to fetch email from external accounts. ASSP is a Perl app and I not in a position tobe able to run that. Why is that? You are not able because you lack the knowledge of Perl, or is it something else? I would recommend take a look at Slug's HOWTO for ASSP and I will be more than happy to help you as much as i can. I have setted up ASSP w...

I get on my personal mail about 500 mails per day (actually it is one account and 3 aliases that point to it, don't ask why). before hMailServer I received almost 150-200 spams per day. This is an ASSP question. You should ask on ASSP forums.

The problem is that your Relay settings are completely wrong. Check the installation instructions at http://www.asspsmtp.org/wiki/Quick_Start_for_Win32

I used a pop connector and i implemented the following scenario for receiving emails

ISP(s) -> POPCon (or hMailPull) -> ASSP (port 25) -> hMailServer (port 1225)
