What exactly are you using Proxmox for ?? Just asking as my server (5.6.9) seems to function flawlessly ... It's mainly an SMTP proxy in both directions (in/out) with classic Postfix + SA + ClamAV combo, all in a Debian box/VM with a good web UI, reports, monitors, quarantine, certs management etc....

I believe "Return.Value = 3" should give you SMTP code 453 which is the same code as GreyListing... IF the client works as I expect, it will wait x minutes and try again. I don't know how many times you can "tell the client to wait" but in theory you should be able to defer reception for 30 minutes ...
