Ahh too many editions eh. The license on for Web reads like it can only run web services & if held strictly to that it'd appear one would not be allowed to run the GUI admin.. But then again I'm not a lawyer or m$ expert so.. :D I think that limitations in what a user can do with different versions...

Yes mattg is right. MSSQL 2008 r2 will use 1 processor (dont know if it si intended as single phisical processor or a single core in a multicore processor) and 1 giga of RAM (If you have a 600 gig's of RAM :D it will use only one) Anyway in my case it takes an average of 600 meg's so quite under the...
