Who is sending the message? Presumably someone external as your hmailserver is running spam and dkim checks against it. And what are the recipients in the 2 examples?

If you don't have much mail i you accounts on hmailserver then you can just rename the domain. But beware: be patient! The process involves copying all the messages at os level before it completes so will take time to compete.

But you HAVE changed the machine setup (by doing a reboot). Services stop and should restart (but maybe dont). Dependancies change. As Dravion says, check the service dependancies.

If you are using Spamassassin, you can whitelist the sender/domain in its setup (local.cf) so it will immediately bypass not perform any tests.
