Issue with IP used to send out mail
I have multiple IPs on my server and only have Hmailserver bound to 2 specific IPs. When I send mail through Hmailserver it goes out on the default IP of the server which Hmailserver is not bound to. Is it possible to make Hmailserver send email out on the same IP that it came in on (except for the ...

Unable to send Mail to Specific Domains
I am unable to send mail to domains that do not have an MX record setup. While it is usual for mail servers to have a MX record setup it is not record. If a MX record does not exist the mail server should try to send to the A record instead.

Mail not being processed
I have mail stuck in the queue. It is not being processed for local users and doesnt look like it is processing for remote users also. I believe it may be some sort of database issue because when I open the hMailServerAdministrator and select an account is takes about 10-15 seconds to display the in...

How do I force Unprocessed Inbound email?
I got the error Source: MySQL Connection::CheckError, Code: HM10048, Description: MySQL: Can't open file: 'hm_messages.MYI'. (errno:145) I have since fixed this error, but I have about 900 emails sitting there to go out that are not being processed. Is there anyway to force these emails to be proces...

That doesn't sound like a bug to me. Hmail stored the message in the folder you specified. As for the new folder not showing up in the mail client it is likely because IMAP uses a subscribe option for specific IMAP folders you want displayed in the account. If a new folder is made outside the specif...

Bug: SMTP Auth
Running verion 4.2.190 SMTP Auth fails when a client tries to authenticate using an alias domain. If the domain is domain1.com and there is a alias domain of domain2.com and a client tries to authenticate using the email address of client@domain2.com the session is stalled, with no failure being giv...

I have problems with Outlook not showing messages for a long time...usually have to restart the program. It is a problem with Outlook though, and not the mail server. If you try Outlook Express instead you won't notice all the problems. From my experience Outlook Express has the best IMAP support, t...

You can set other domains an alias of a single domain so you would receive email sent to those domains at a single location.

Edit rules through web-based admin
Maybe I am missing something...
Is there no way for an end user to make and modify their own rules?

Have it auto-configured like ClamWin and integrated into the installation, so all a new user would have to do is click a check box to enable spamassasin. There are quite a few Windows mail servers that integrate spamassasin. (http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/CommercialWindows)

SpamAssasin Integration
This isn't absolutly required, but it would probably help alot of new users to simply have spamassasin integrated into hmailserver instead of having to set it up manually through scripts.

Domain Level Rules
I looked and didn't see that this has been requested yet.
It would be nice to have domain level rules so that a domain admin could setup a rule over their entire domain without having to contact a server admin to setup the rule.

Mirror Email Address at Domain Level
It would be nice to be able to mirror emails per domain instead of just system wide.
