I have enabled debug logging since I noticed it. It happened on a group of emails that I get infrequently so I'll keep and eye on it and when/if it happens again I'll respond back.

If I have to construct a regex (which I am useless at) I always start with using Regulazy from http://tools.osherove.com/. It's a start to find the right match and you can hack around the regex to get what you need and test it very easily too.

The problem with trying to add SpamAssassin support to hMailServer is that everybody will implement their system slightly differently and there is no way to cater for all eventualities. I used hMailServer Administrator to set it. I don't use PHPWebAdmin.

Yes. I tried Horde/Imp and it was a right PITA to install and configure, and I found it extremely unstable and slow. The help I got on their mailing list was also worthless, being treated with a great deal of arogance and no real help at all.

Ended up reverting to IlohaMail as it fast and reliable.

Not that I'm aware of.

Your best bet is to buy a static ip or use the Mailhop Outbound service from dyndns.org
