I have enabled debug logging since I noticed it. It happened on a group of emails that I get infrequently so I'll keep and eye on it and when/if it happens again I'll respond back.

If I have to construct a regex (which I am useless at) I always start with using Regulazy from http://tools.osherove.com/. It's a start to find the right match and you can hack around the regex to get what you need and test it very easily too.
